Murray Johns, owner of 12 Point Signworks in Franklin, TN, recently completed a big project for SkyHouse Nashville, a multi-family luxury high-rise. 12 Point Signworks had done work previously for the building including leasing graphics, retail window graphics, trash chute signage, a garage decal, etched vinyl for the lobby, and more. Their newest need for signage was their dog walk area.
Murray’s team helped add some personalization to the section between the columns which housed a large pipe and access for water. They designed and installed decorative architectural panels for the space. A couple of things needed to be kept in mind with this project, including the gradual slope of the turf and the location of the water valve. Their customer was thrilled with the result and now their residents have a fun place to play with their dogs.
