Property Matters, a notable real estate company in Boca Raton, Florida has recently moved and was in need of interior signs as well as several outdoor signage. A new lobby sign, window graphics, building signs and monument sign lettering helps them to be easily identified and recognized as a reputable company.
Monument Sign
One of the outdoor signage that was designed and installed for Property Matters is the monument sign, which is very important as it is the first signage that clients will see. It will help them to find their location without any assistance. Following the guidelines of the property manager was required in order to be uniform with all other signage on the monument sign in the plaza.
There was need for new dimensional letters to showcase their company’s name. Since it is more cost effective to design something close to the existing monument sign, the letters were custom painted to match the existing letters that were on the monument sign.
The letters needed to be bold and very clear and they should be in wide contrast to the background so they were designed to be ¼ inch thick for boldness. And they were made of acrylic materials for durability since acrylic letters can withstand any harsh weather condition.
No material combines, affordability and durability with aesthetics and style like acrylic and clients sometimes use either the lobby sign or outdoor signage of a company to assess the company. So, the monument sign needed to create great first impression on the minds of first-time clients.
Outdoor Building Sign
The monument sign was not the only sign that was installed. The outdoor building sign was also installed. The monument sign will only show that Property Matters is located in the plaza. There should be another outdoor sign that will direct clients to Property Matters’ suite in the plaza. The exact location was determined by the landlord but the design was proposed by Sign Partners.
Sign Partners wanted to find a balance between effectiveness and affordability. They seem to strive for the most cost effective among the most best designs. So, they proposed an original design that matches the logo and style of Property Matters. For durability again, the outdoor signage was made of acrylic panel with graphics applied on the back. The creativity in the design actually brought out the dimensional look of the sign.
Due to the design of the sign in combination with the elegant logo of Property Matters, Sign Partners was able to minimize cost but their creativity and innovation made it look like a high end sign.
Lobby Sign
The third signage in the project is a new lobby sign. This is an interior sign located behind the reception desk. It is designed to be conspicuous to both agents and clients. The sign is made out of a clear acrylic panel with graphics applied on the back. The ½” thick dimensional letters were made out of routed acrylic letters and they were applied on the panel. For a more dimensional look, the panel was installed with stand-offs on the wall.
The three signs obviously share some qualities in common. They are beautiful, eye-catching and most importantly, they are cost effective.
