Do you remember the projects we have taken on for One Nine Architecture? Examples include new three-dimensional signs for the County of Orange and custom wall signs, as well as other projects for Evolus. This time, our team put together a three-dimensional lobby logo sign for Tarsus, another customer of 1:9 Architecture.
Returning to Tarsus for a Fully Customized Lobby Logo Sign in Irvine
Several years ago, our team created a full-color 3D logo sign for Tarsus. At that time, our technicians used acrylic overlaid with printed vinyl to get the color changes precisely correct. However, the client envisioned a different signage solution for the business. This time, we fabricated a logo entirely in white with a three-foot diameter.
A half-inch thick piece of acrylic was a good starting point for the project. We cut the material using our CNC Router. Next, technicians primed and painted the sign elements in the white color the client had specified. Moreover, we threaded the backs of the logo pieces, which allows for a secure stud mount installation. The finished product focuses attention on the logo’s shape versus its colors. Most importantly, the construction and color palette fit in perfectly with the office’s interior decor and design.
Custom 3D Logo Wall Signs for Offices Can Transcend Corporate Color Palettes
We have repeatedly discussed the importance of getting a color match precisely correct. It is a critical component of presenting a brand message to the customer. However, many clients are now welcoming color changes for their office logo wall signs. These products are frequently added as decorative touches.
In some cases, they replace the actual lobby signage. However, most clients prefer to have these products as add-ons that replace commercial wall art in lobbies, waiting areas, and conference rooms. They also look great in hallways and stairwells.
Choosing Materials for Your Next Three-Dimensional Lobby Logo Sign
Acrylic is an excellent choice for lobby and logo signs. It is durable and mimics the beauty of glass without its brittle nature. Besides that, we can paint it while maintaining the glossy finish or giving it an attractive matte surface. Another option is metal. Clients like the elegance that stainless steel, copper, and aluminum bring to a space. It not only looks good but is ideally suited for integrating into multimedia projects.
