, California. They specialize in eco-friendly products that are sustainable and organic. If you’re getting ready to go to the beach, or just enjoy the sun in your backyard, you should take a look at their products because they are definitely superior to many other brands in terms of environmentally friendly ingredients.
COOLA has a fairly simple logo that features their lettering in their shade of blue. So all we had to do was come up with the layout in our graphics programs and closely match the color in their logo. We typically provide mockups with the photograph so our clients can see how the sign will look before it’s installed on the side of their building, or anywhere else. All we need is for the client to send us a photo of where they would like their sign installed.
To make the sign, we used formed plastic. This is an easy way to create custom shapes and lettering with a lightweight, weather resistant material. The sign features a flat front face, but these designs can also be more three-dimensional.
In order to get the sign mounted all the way up on the side of their building, which you can see from the pictures is quite high, we needed to bring in a boom lift. The lift that we used is a 60-foot straight boom lift, and is one of the pieces of machinery that we often use for installations like these. We also use these types of lifts for pole signs that also rea
ch high up in the sky.
This exterior building sign for COOLA doesn’t light up. But it is common for exterior building signs to be illuminated, typically with LED lighting, since it is much more cost-effective, as well as much brighter than other lighting options.
