A premium brand should have premium signage. When Clarins was looking for new custom storefront signs for their new store opening, we rose to the occasion! As we partner with our clients to make them shine, we created the custom storefront signs to match their branding guidelines for colors, fonts, and style. Just in time for their holiday rush!
Clarins headquarters are located in New York, so it took some coordination for opening their new outlet mall location at the Carlsbad Premium Outlets (http://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlet/carlsbad/stores/clarins-factory-store)
We worked with the landlord’s sign criteria, insurance requirements, and city permitting to be sure the job was done right. We pay attention to the details, and verify even the installation equipment meets the standards required.

Working with their headquarters in New York, we communicated every step of the way. Once we had the design proof approvals from the customer and landlord, we created the permit documents with the City of Carlsbad. Upon the permit approval, fabrication could begin.
As the holiday shopping season was on the horizon, there was no time to spare to create these custom retail storefront signs in time for the day before Thanksgiving grand opening!
Everything came together smoothly and the set of signs were installed right on time!
The custom blade sign was fabricated from 1” thick white PVC, painted Pantone red 200 to match their branding guidelines. The Clarins logo was cut from flat white acrylic, flush-mounted to both sides of the sign. The final sign measured 18″ tall x 36″ wide to guide shoppers to their front door.
Over the main storefront, the large Clarins logo was installed beautifully. Using a 3mm thick ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) it was painted red Pantone 200, consistent with their branding. The logo measured 1/4″ thick, cut out of white acrylic lettering applied to face. The final sign measured 27″ tall x 120″ wide to fit the space appropriately.
