When Spine & Sport opened a new location in National City, CA, they asked us to create their illuminated channel letters and building signs. We have previously outfitted their other locations in San Marcos, San Diego, and Oceanside, so we understand maintaining brand consistency throughout.
Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is all about their patients, providing physical therapy and care for people with orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries. Each patient is treated as an individual with a specifically tailored wellness plan that comes with a hands-on approach to therapy. From our previous work with this client, we know that Spine & Sport cares deeply about the population it serves.
Illuminated Channel Letters Sign
To create this illuminated channel letters and building signage, we wanted to match what the client had set up in their other locations, while ensuring that the building sign for National City was a custom fit to that specific space. We designed a text sign with illuminated channel letters. To make it as visible and eye-catching as possible, we chose material that would look different at night versus during the day.
The building sign is a blue perforated vinyl illuminated channel letter sign, with a translucent white 3/16″ thick acrylic sign panel, approximately 37.25″ tall and 131.5″ wide. The blue vinyl logo is applied to the face, and it is transparent so it shines white at night.
To install the new business signage, we first handled removing and disposing of the old panels, then installed the new ones using a bucket truck. We took care of permit processing with the National City planning department, with preparation of all documents, submission, and pickup of approval.
