The landlord wanted office suite signs and a directory for the whole building. They wanted a more consistent look to the signage for both the tenant suites and the general directory.
Office Suite Sign Curved
One of the important aspects of this project was that the office suite signs be changeable in the event of a tenant moving in or out. In the photo, you will see one of the tenant suite signs. We made five of these signs, all of which included a curved non-glare lens that can be removed with a suction cup. The suite header is custom printed, but the tenant signs can be individually removed. The sign is finished with a black aluminum frame, and a left to right curve with black end caps. The directory sign matches, but is slightly larger to accommodate all the information. All of the signs were hung at a consistent height and location within the building.

Our client, the landlord, was thrilled with the end result. It created a classy, elegant look that was consistent and enabled tenants and their own customers to find their way around, but the sign does not sacrifice the consistent styling that was important to our client. Colors and fonts were selected by the client to match their branding overall. The landlord was happy with the professional look and the cost-effective qualities of this project.
