Every business needs a proper business sign! When Accu-Seal’s building received a facelift, they needed newly upgraded building signage. Their old sign had been weathered and no longer a good representation of their company. We listened to what they were looking for: longevity and quality, and strived to exceed expectation.
Accu-Seal has been established in San Marcos, CA for many years. They design, manufacture, and support machinery for the heat- and vacuum-sealing industry. Supplying quality products with a high level of attention to details, they are dedicated to their client base.
Our process starts with working with a site survey with photos and measurements of the building. Next, we scale the logo for the space, and create a design proof to email to the client. We create an estimate based on the dimensions of the sign, as well as the thickness and type of material. In this case, we created the building signage using ½” thick solid acrylic, painted custom Pantone 7707c blue.
Once we have the client’s approval on the design proof and estimate, we then need the landlord approval on the signage as well as a letter of authorization to acquire the sign permit. Working with the City of San Marcos, we processed the sign permit, and then production could begin.
Usually we require ten business days for production, plus one day for installation. The client was thrilled with the final product – installed flush-mount to the new building. Safe and secure. Then, to validate the sign permit, a final inspection is required where the City Inspector signs off on the inspection card. This needs to be finalized within 90 days of acquiring the permit, so we verify all done as needed.
In addition to the building signage, we provided custom window graphics and aluminum signs for the back of the building, all with the new Accu-Seal logo. All the signage was delivered on time, and the client was thrilled with this project.
