Reno Contracting, was one of our larger contracting clients, gave us the opportunity to design and create beautiful signage for many of their construction projects over the years. Recently, they came to us to help them create a vibrant building sign logo for their own building. Unfortunately, due to years of weather and sun exposure, their current San Diego headquarters building logo needed an update.
Custom Building Sign
Clearly known for their vibrant red and black logo, Reno Contracting wanted to make that logo really pop. Our Design Team got to work and created the new sign with a fresh and brilliant print, color matched to the existing logo. We created a gradient print, applied in premium cast wrap vinyl with a matching matte overlaminate. Now their building sign logo we created not only has added durability, but UV protection as well. Finishing the look, we painted the edges of the one inch thick acrylic sign to match the mid-red color of the logo.
We scheduled a lift and removed the old sign and patched and painted any leftover holes. Once that was taken care of we custom mounted each part of the building sign logo, measuring 35.5 inches square overall consisting of eight different pieces. We used a custom drill pattern and stud mounting hardware as well as silicone for an installation that will last for long haul.
