Riverside, CA – Frosted Acrylic Tile Display System for Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG)
We take pride in every project we create at North Coast Signs, but there are some that shine brighter than others. We had created a beautiful acrylic tile layout on a wall at the Renovate America’s corporate headquarters. Well, when Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) saw it, they asked who they could call to do a similar display for their office We love how our work speaks for itself and becomes an opportunity to help other businesses. The purpose of WRCOG is to unify Western Riverside County so that it can speak with a collective voice on important issues that affect its members. WRCOG’s program areas are varied and include transportation, environment, energy, economy, and health. They wanted to reflect this in their cable display and that’s exactly what we helped them do!
We began this project by listening to what they envisioned. We heard WRCOG go over the different logos they wanted to display. We reviewed where this display would be installed, took careful measurements, and then went to work with our Design Team to create a custom display that would show off their beautiful graphics. Once we had the layout mocked up on a proof, we showed our client and got the approval to move forward. We then started working on a custom layout that would best fit the space provided. Using a wall mount cable frame system, we hung 10matte aluminum finish cables with 108 panels grips holding 32 eight inch tiles divided into four columns. Our goal was to create a modern feel to the layout, so we added a frosted background to the acrylic tiles. Each tile had a city seal and logo.

Our installers drove up to Riverside to install the complete project onsite making sure that the tiles tension between each tile, the leveling and alignment was spot on. We are so thankful we have such great teams that work with us on every aspect of our projects. It gives us the ability to make sure that everything is done on time, correctly and without having to involve our clients in any of the details. One thing we really pride ourselves in is we offer a full service project, meaning everything from our consultation, to design and layout, fabrication and installation is included. There are never hidden fees or surprises at the end. This has helped us build the trust of our clients and brought them back time and time again.
