Monument Wall Dimensional Letter Sign
Recently, we were contacted by a new tenant in Carlsbad, CA to create new dimensional letters for wall monument signage. The wall underwent a “facelift” with new stucco and paint, needed after removing previous tenants signage. Now it was ready for the new tenants signs! We were able to work with both the tenant and the landlord to create a sign that was pleasing to both parties.
In the photograph, you can see the completed sign. The picture shows the existing monument wall with the beautiful brand new Harcourts Advantage signage. The dimensional letters really draw attention to the sign which helps existing clients find the building and brings in potential new clients, especially at this busy intersection where all who drive and pass by will know the new tenant in town.

Dimensional Letters Acrylic
For this project, we first needed to the photos and measurements of the wall in order to scale the new signage. Then we could create design proofs to show the client’s logo sized appropriately for the wall, while maintaining the city sign criteria standards. For the Harcourts Advantage Real Estate Monument Signage, we chose 3/8” thick acrylic letters painted in two Pantone colors. All letters were flush with the monument wall, then stud-mounted with a custom drill-pattern. Working with both the landlord and tenant, we were able to provide excellent service and product, right on time for their grand opening.
