Recently, I took my personal vehicle to Long Beach Honda in Signal Hill for service. It was the first day of a planned remodel of the entire facility and the main building was being torn down. Manny Casillas and Juan Perez run the service and parts departments and right then they needed wayfinding signs for the trailer which served as the interim service and parts department offices and lounge while the main building was being re-built.
Manny has nine service consultants with temporary standing desks in the trailer. He needed to identify each desk for customers looking to discuss their cards and pay for their service needs. We quickly made decals for the service consultants. Here’s a photo of a few of newly identified desks.
Juan has the other side of the trailer for his parts department and needed a wayfinding sign for parts customers to find the interim service counter. They also needed a hanging to guide patrons to the restrooms. Here they are, at left.
