We were recently contacted by Network Auto Body for window graphics. They are an auto body shop with several locations in Southern California. Network Auto Body is an existing client of ours and we have been providing custom signs for them for their numerous locations for many years. From the photo, you can see that we made them a window graphic with a lot of different information on it. This was installed at their Glendale, California location.
One great thing about window graphics is that they are up 24/7. Depending on your business, there may be different information you want to display like your hours, website, or services. We can virtually display any information that you want onto a flat surface.
For these window graphics, we digitally printed the blue and yellow portions onto white vinyl. Depending on a lot of different factors, there are different types of vinyl and different methods you can use for vinyl graphics. If a client needs a very specific color, it is likely that we will not be able to find a pre-colored vinyl with that color, so we will likely digitally print it. We try to avoid digital printing for exterior graphics as it does not last as long as pre-colored vinyl. Most of the time, we will use opaque vinyl for window graphics, but if a client is interested in covering an entire window, we will use perforated vinyl. Perforated vinyl has small holes throughout the vinyl and we print artwork or information onto it. Due to the small holes, you can still see outside from inside of where the vinyl is applied, but from the outside, you will just see the artwork. This is very popular for restaurants or retail storefronts.
