We have made banners for many types of businesses, from auto dealerships to apartment complexes. Banners are perfect for temporary signage because they are not as costly or permanent as something like a building sign. But keep in mind that temporary signs still require a permit. A building sign like a cabinet sign or letter sign requires a permit from the city and needs to be stud mounted into the wall so it is expected to be up for a long time. Since a banner is advertising something it still needs to be permitted, but it needs a temporary permit. We handle the design, manufacturing, installation, and permitting of exterior signs so all you need to do is come to us with your idea and we can make it happen.
Banners are useful for most businesses to advertise a sale or a grand opening. These banners for The Estelle Luxury Apartments in Los Angeles, California, were put up to advertise when they were going to open, and also had the name of the complex and the contact information. We did similar banners for Seven West DTLA, another apartment complex in Los Angeles, California. The banners help identify the complex while giving potential tenants a way to find out more about what it would be like to live there. It is pretty typical to have both your phone number and the website, so people can call with a quick question, or get more information and look at photos online.
By installing the banner onto the balconies of The Estelle Luxury Apartments, we were able to span the banner across most of the building. There were two banners, once facing the street, and another one that faces the parking lot in the back.
