Watermark Apartments is a new luxury apartment complex in Reseda, California. Apartment buildings require many different types of signs and today we will be focusing on the exterior building signs. Watermark wanted to advertise the complex and display their address in a stylish way, so we made them dimensional letter signs. These dimensional letters were routed from 1/2″ thick aluminum which were custom painted. They were installed with 1/2″ spacers which makes them a total of 1″ off of the wall.
A
luminum dimensional letters are great for exterior signs because they are lightweight, yet durable. The paint we use is industrial grade, so it will last for a long time, along with the aluminum.
