We are a custom manufacturer, and we fabricate channel letters in-house. Channel letters are fabricated metal letters that can range from 1″ to 5″ deep. They are hollow so LEDs can be installed inside for internal illumination. This sign we made for Calvary Christian School is a non-illuminated reverse channel letter sign. The sign does not light up, so it is non-illuminated, and a reverse channel letter has aluminum faces and returns but the back is clear so if there are LEDs inside, they shine out the back onto the wall. The metal letters were custom painted to match the school logo colors.
