When Paradise Management acquired an apartment complex, Hunt Club Apartments, they knew they must get the establishment re-branding for the new ownership. Paramount Signs is a company invested in providing complete sign solutions for our clients, as such we were thrilled to begin this project!
Right away, our team assessed the challenges that would be faced with this re-branding. Our client was short on time, and would need to reside within a strict budget. Luckily, our professionals are versed in these issues, and were able to develop a plan that met these guidelines, as well as the demand for high impact signage!
The main effort with this sign package was the change of monument sign panels to incorporate the new brand. Due to the time constraints in place with this project, we formulated a plan to use custom made banners to fill in until the panels are fabricated. Once the panels are completed, the banners can be mounted separate to reiterate the new brand and ownership to the public for a limited amount of time. As you can see in the image above, the final sign solution was a complete success, and all parties were pleased with the results!
