Apartment complexes are a business that is sought out by multitudes of different consumers. There is no specific audience that is targeted, as everyone needs a place to reside in. That is why our team was contacted by Paradise Management in Lafayette Hills, Pennsylvania to design and install a custom entrance monument sign, we were quick to jump in on the project!
In the image above, you can see the completed sign that was designed, and fabricated for our client. The concept easily relays the information needed by the consumer, and reinforces the image that the company represents.
The monument sign that the client was looking for needed to be able to reach a large amount of people with a quick glance. It has to precisely deliver information, while relaying the pleasant aesthetic that the client represents. The sign was installed by the entrance to the community, and would be the first thing that the public sees when in the area.
We used 2” HDU panel in a larger size than normal for the monument sign’s fabrication. In order to account for the added mass, we used a durable aluminum frame. This frame would be a support for the large panel, as well as give a solid fountain for the mounting. The final product was sufficient in its design, and no one would be able to miss the entrance to the client’s property again!
