Recently, Paramount Signs was approached by The Glen at Lafayette Hill to help with the design, and construction of a monument sign that would coincide with the new look that they achieved with a renovation of their apartment complex. This project would take a fresh design, professional installation, and a solid plan. Paramount Signs was ready to deliver!
The Glen at Lafayette Hills was looking for a monument sign that would gain them exposure with the public that pass by on a nearby roadway, while following the brand they have embellished upon throughout the apartment complex. We were able to design, fabricate, and install a sign solution that would fill both of these needs, while also staying within the budget set by the client. The updated architectural design featured bricks as the primary medium, and we wanted to compliment that with a cohesive monument sign. It also featured colors matching the siding of the buildings, as well. In an added bonus, we were able to complete this project earlier than estimated!
