CraftHouse Grill has not only opened a new location but has partnered with Monarch Signs & Graphics to create a beautiful new illuminated building sign to grab the attention of the local community. The new location is where many locals knew as Kilburn’s Tavern at 12910 Malcomson Road, Houston, TX. The restaurant has a menu complete with craft beer and burgers in a relaxed atmosphere for a great neighborhood vibe.
The first step for the sign project began with removing the old sign. Once our installers had taken down the Kilburn’s Tavern sign, we got to work on the site survey. In this process, our team takes the measurements we later use to scale the sign and get the perfect fit. With these accurate dimensions, each client has a clear idea of what the outcome of their sign will be and how it will fit their marketing needs. Most often, our installers recommend a fresh coat of paint to ensure the new project is seamless and without distortion from old weathered paint.
For CraftHouse Grill, we put together individually mounted LED channel letters. These letters often save customers up to 80% of their energy bill due to the great LED technology. The aluminum will never rust nor corrode, and the acrylic letters are known to stand through ailment weather virtually unscathed.

To ensure none of the future patrons are victim to a rogue breeze, we sealed off each hole with professional weather-proof silicone.
