With a company that has stood the test of time, forming originally in 1907, extra attention and dedication must be made to the building sign that illuminates any new location. When Monarch Sign & Graphics were referred to Old Republic Title by an old client due to shared values in customer service and high quality, the team was happy to take the call.
The new location was at Tomball Marketplace, a building the company had already been acquainted with during past projects. This made the job all the easier, and when the team came onsite to see the new location, there were quick and easy recommendations to be made having already worked with the local city ordinances and the property managers. The team put together renderings of how the building sign would look after deciding on a set of channel letters on a mounted bracket to get the job done.
When the renderings were created, the signage was superimposed onto the building to give Old Republic Title a full sense of how the building would look once the installation was complete. These same renderings were submitted to the property managers and the local city ordinances ahead of time to ensure everything was up to code and followed the specifications of the property.
Having already worked in the location, the renderings were quickly and easily approved. This part of the process is important as skipping it could cost the customer big. If a sign is found in violation, the tenant is subject to significant fines. Even further, a tenant may have to completely replace the sign out-of-pocket if the building manager finds it is not up to code.
With the sign fully approved, the sign was laid out then the mounting brackets were installed onto the building. Careful measurements were then taken to ensure the end look matched the exact look of the renderings. Once everything was properly placed and measured, the components were lifted by crane into place then secured onto the brackets by a team of professionals. With everything fully in place and installed, the electrical components were run inside the building for a power source. At that time, the needed holes were sealed weather tight to protect the interior of the building from the ailments.
After the building sign was in place, the team also put the tenant panels into place. Since Monarch had already worked in the location, installation was quick and easy. Everything was measured and secured tightly, giving the best and most professional look in the end. As with all projects, Monarch left the area cleared up and in pristine condition. When the paint is damaged during repair or there is much debris, the team is sure to repaint and leave everything looking its best, down to the smallest detail.
