Cool Springs in Bethel Park has a lot of excitement around the opening of a new bar and restaurant, The Clubhouse. The new facility l includes VIP Golf Bays and private event space along with an interesting new concept, an IPourIt beverage wall.
We installed at least ten different types of signs, including window decals, wayfinding signs, membership guidelines, identification signs, restaurant flip menus and more. And we added wall murals on three long walls in the private putting green area. See our Clubhouse Project album on Flickr for the full complement of signs.
The Clubhouse offers a variety of activities for every guest they host. While open to the public, they do provide a membership with exclusive access to events and activities. The restaurant offers various food and beverage options to enjoy while relaxing with friends at the VIP Bays or to enjoy a family night out playing games with the kids. The IPourIt system, which features a wide range of beverage options, makes grabbing a drink fun and convenient and the fresh menu puts a fun spin on everyone’s favorite classics.
To prepare for this project, we worked with our client’s marketing team and used their artwork to print and install over 30 signs within two weeks. We did a site survey to take measurements and shared several concepts for the main entrance sign to begin fabrication and prepare for installation.
We provided several signs for the new restaurant and installed them several days before the grand opening. The promotional signage was placed on buildings close to The Clubhouse and around the Cool Springs Campus with messaging about the new Golf Academy and membership options. We installed many interior and exterior window graphics on all the doors leading into
the restaurant and adjoining Game Room. The main entrance received a large vinyl logo, and etched film was used on all doors and the VIP Golf Bays. In the restaurant we installed identification signs for ordering and picking up food, checking in, and direction on how to use the featured IPourIt system. Finally, to add a finishing touch we created flip cards as table-top menus for every table in the restaurant.
We also included projecting signs in the golf simulator rooms on the 1st floor, as well as murals on three walls in the private putting room.
The client was pleased with our quality craftsmanship and appreciated our attention to detail in the planning, production and installation phases of the project.
