How does a brand story invite guests to your eatery? Whether you operate a stand-alone location, franchise, or bar and grill, there are restaurant signs and graphics in Washington, PA, you cannot do without. Do you know what they are?
Presenting a Restaurant’s Brand Story
The brand story is a bit like a narrative that incorporates colors, shapes, and image vignettes. In the process of putting them together, you create a feeling in the consumer that becomes the brand. Rather than calling the customer to action or trying to sell a specific product – as you would do with sales collateral – the brand story’s goal is to evoke an emotional response that results in a visit.
Case Study: The Walnut Grill Orders a Signage Suite that Supports Its Brand Story
Spark Signs & Graphics has worked with this company before. As the business is growing and opening new locations, it also needs signs that address new and existing guests. For the latest site at 373 Washington Road, our team built several products.
When the customer walks up to the location, they will most likely first notice one of the three channel letter signs that we put together. As a building where three sides allow customer access, it was critical that the restaurant’s brand color and font would be immediately visible.
Coming close and approaching the entrance, the guest sees an exterior canopy that our technicians treated with vinyl lettering. To ensure a durable setup, we used PanoRAMA X-Treme vinyl that adheres perfectly to the substrate. Walking up to the door, the guest sees die-cut vinyl letters and numerals. They spell out the hours of operation.
Moreover, we added a dry-erase material that lets the restaurant’s management team adjust hours as required by COVID-19. Once inside, there are several cool murals that we manufactured using 3M vinyl with an overlaminate. These are critical elements of the brand story and had to be nothing short of excellent.
Adding a touch of whimsy was possible with the die-cut vinyl displays we added to the restaurant’s bathroom doors. They, too, are part of the brand story and support the atmosphere the management team seeks to create. With all signs installed, the eatery is ready to welcome guests and capitalize on its brand message.
