Our customer, Interstate Parking, manages a number of parking lots and structures in the downtown Milwaukee area. Recently, the owner of Interstate Parking, purchased the Grand Avenue Mall with the intentions of rebranding it. This was one of the first steps. We were asked to help create a bold update to a banner that had hung on the side of the structure for a number of years.
The Interstate Advantage is that they think like owners. They are locally owned and operated in each market with a local operating partner actively involved in the daily management and marketing of their locations. They also own several of the parking assets we operate and our experience as property owners directly translates to the value they bring to the management of their client’s locations.
