A little while ago, we were contacted by the New American Funding company in Stockton, CA. This branch just opened and they were looking for new signage indoors and out that would bring a whole new look to the building they now occupied. Well, we came out to see for ourselves and suggested they go with a dimensional lettering of polished brass outdoors and an interior dimensional letter set.
As you can see from the image, the addition of their polished brass dimensional letters on the monument sign turned out very well. The monument sign is large and there are two other companies listed there, so, in order to stand out, we thought polished brass would make the lettering pop. We couldn’t have been more right. The interior letter set also looks great as we used dimensional letters there, as well.
The New American Funding company is a national mortgage lender with many offices in California. Their Stockton branch is conveniently located near the Sherwood Mall. They offer many different products available in mortgage lending today, including loans for VA and FHA, first-time homeowners, conforming and jumbo loans, home improvement loans, and even reverse mortgage loans.
To create the signs for their company, for the indoor sign, we used 1/4”-thick flat-cut aluminum letters and their logo to go with it. Everything was brush-finished, clear-coated, and stud-mounted with pattern. For the outdoor monument sign, the letters are 3/8”-thick polished brass and these were also stud-mounted with a pattern to go well with the brick work.
If there is one thing that a monument sign can do f

The polished brass letters look great against the brick work and are easily read and seen. Nothing could be more attractive. Indoors, the dimensional scope of the lettering gives the company name a classic look that comes across as very professional.
