Parks are a wonderful place for families to spend time together, enjoy a nice picnic, go for a walk and also the perfect place for kids to play and run around. A parks aesthetics can have a lot to do with parks standing out from one another. Signs, apart from park maintenance are a perfect way that help catch the eye of the community and draw in more attention.

Park signs can be simple or as complex as one would like. To name a few different sign options there are: aluminum signs utilized for the parking area, playground rules, personalized memorial plaques as well as “Thank you” signs, and signs that give the parks history.  There are many more ways that signs can be utilized within parks that wont take away from natures beauty and can be as custom as desired.

We have recently teamed up with Stanislaus Countys Parks & Recreation to produce and install a 24″ x 36″ Non-illuminated monument signs with a 16″ x 36″ Textcote Base. The colors used for this monument sign were picked in shop by our customer to ensure the final product would be exactly as envisioned. The Top of the sign was constructed out of aluminum and painted the color chosen, the logos on the sign such as “Kaiser Permanente”, “Stanislaus County Parks & Recreation” and “Stanislaus County Police Activities League” were produced as vinyl graphics and applied onto the aluminum panels.

At City Signs we keep our customers informed every step of the way. We start off our sign process by meeting with our customers were we discuss sign options on site, get measurements, and pictures needed to superimpose our designs. Once the meeting is over our customers wants and needs information gets passed on to our talented design team where we start to generate a rendering or “proof” page. Once we have our customers approval on the design we then get an estimate started. When the cost and the sign design has been finalized we our next steps are to either produce your signs or contact your landlord for approvals if needed. We also offer help with permitting a sign with the City. After the permit with the City has been obtained and issued we can then finalize an installation date with our professional sign installers.
