It was nice to hear from the people at Partners Personnel who wanted a new outdoors business sign for their premises. They work in an elegant stone building and were looking for a sign that would match the exterior for class. We were pleased to be brought onto the project and suggested a dimensional letters sign painted in Duranodic bronze. The client was enthusiastic about our design.

We router-cut the dimensional letters from ¾” acrylic. You need a heavy duty router to cut with precision through acrylic that thick. This is particularly important when you’re cutting out letters in a serif font. Get those acute angles wrong and it shows! Fortunately, we have all the machinery needed to make great signs whatever the material, whatever the font. We created the Partners Personnel logo in the same way, and painted both in Duranodic bronze. We later installed the sign above the front entrance by using stud mountings.
Using acrylic as thick as ¾” or more gives the letters their dimensional appeal. It’s true when they say your sign speaks volumes about your business. If the sign stands out, so does the company in the eyes of its clients. Note how we were able to create the classy look of bronze lettering from acrylic, and at a fraction of the cost of real bronze. Metallic-look dimensional letters add a real shine to your brand. The anodized finish ensures your letters are impervious to the elements and easy to maintain.
