Trade Shows present a unique opportunity to your business. It is a chance to get in front of a room full of people, who just by being there, are already interested in your product or service. There are not many other options for getting this high a concentration of potential clients in one place at one time. Unfortunately, it’s also a tremendously distracting environment. There are many other companies competing for that attention all around you. You need a way to convert a quick glance (which may be all you get from your next big lead as she walks by) into an understanding of what you have to offer and how you are different from the next guy. This is where BIG graphics and trade show display backwalls provide value. A well designed backwall behind you will attract attention, with its colorful message and images, and provide enough information about your offerings to get a conversation started with interested prospects.
OK. What options do you have to create BIG graphics with your trade show display? You need something portable, that you can easily tote into and out of the display floor. You need something that is easy to set up and take down after the show. You need a solution that is easy to store between events. Finally, you need a solution that is expandable and changeable, provides good value, and won’t break the bank. Here are 3 options for you to consider:
Modular Displays. Modular displays are semi-custom displays. They are produced in standard configurations, keeping the cost down. However, the pieces can be combined in a wide variety of ways and with options to get you the custom look you want. They are quick and easy to set up and take down, travel and store in a plastic case with a handle and wheels, and have great big, vibrant color fabric graphics. You can add lighting, power outlets, video monitors, shelves, tables, whatever you need to get the look and functionality you want. Below is an example of one we did recently for and AC company client. The graphics can be updated and replace, reusing the frame.
A second option is a pop up display, It comes in a plastic travel case that doubles as a podium. It’s a well designed frame that just expands into place and colorful laminated graphic panels that hand from the frame. These can be set up in 10 minutes and takes down in 15. Again, you can add options like table throws or lighting to get the functionality you need. Again, the graphics can be replaced, reusing the frame.
Finally, you can use large retractable banners or several smaller coordinated ones to give wall look. These are relatively inexpensive, easy to transport, set up, take down and update with new graphics in the future. With good design, coordinated banners can get the message across for the least investment.
Think about what message you want to send at your next event We’d love to work with you on it.
