When Ron Frank stopped in to see about a post and panel sign for his new retail center construction project, we were ready to help. These types of panel signs are very common with new construction projects.

Notifying prospective tenants about available rental space during the construction phase is a smart marketing strategy. How would you like to have your tenant spaces filled before your retail center is completed? A good sign can give you those results!

The clients expectations are just as important as the materials chosen for the job. Our free strategy sessions offer our clients a chance to express their ideas and concerns at the projects beginning. We want to address these concerns initially so that we are all on the same page.

Since the retail center is located on super busy Mason road, Ron wanted to enable drivers to see the sign from both sides of traffic. We had a couple of options to achieve this. We could either have one double sided panel or 2 separate panels installed in a V-shape angle. Ron chose the v-shape option. We prepared the straight forward design and acknowledged current stock of materials needed.

The design was created with an image of what the retail center might look like, a contact number and contact name. A sign doesn’t have to be complicated to get the job done. The objective of most signs are to bring in new customers, clients, tenants etc.. A simple and concise design is usually the best option. Have you ever noticed an overcrowded sign? You probably found it confusing. We definitely want to avoid a hard to read design.

Although simple in nature, post and panel signs can be very impactful. For our particular 4’x8’ signs, installing them at an angle, as seen in the picture above, allows visibility from quite a distance across both lanes of traffic. Also, because these signs had an eye catching graphic with only the image, the contact name and number, the design also helped the sign to be easily read while driving by the construction site.

We are happy to sit down with you and discuss your sign needs whether your project is large or small. Let’s figure out how your new sign can get you the customers you want. Give us a call at 832-222-9385.
