One of the great real estate companies in the United States, Keller Williams, has an office located in Tampa, Florida, right by where we are located in Thonotosassa. They contacted us recently because they were looking for real estate signs to help increase the visibility for one of their commercial property listings.
As you can see in the pictures in this article, we made two different types of signs for them. First, we made an outdoor vinyl banner sign that was mounted to the fence. This banner was used as a ‘for sale’ sign and can be seen from very far away. Solid red with white lettering is a color combination that makes the
sign easy to read from a long distance.
The V-shaped real estate signs, seen in the other pictures, are 2 post and panel signs mounted side-by-side on a 90° angle to form the V. To make each sign we latex printed onto 3M vinyl, which was then mounted to 3mm Diebond material. Then we applied a luster over-laminate to the vinyl, which protects the sign and graphics from ultraviolet sun damage.
This was a commercial real estate property that was needing more visibility, so these types of signs were the right fit for this client’s needs. They needed some big signs to market a big commercial property. Marketing a residential property, of course, calls for much different types of signs.
