Here at Black Parrot Sign Studio, we are always happy to offer information packets on the benefits of vehicle wraps. For our new local customer Leslie, this was the perfect solution for her. She contacted us with concern that her orange Jeep Wrangler was a bit too loud and wanted to tone it down a bit. After looking over the information we provided her with, she opted to go with a nice gunmetal gray color that was sure to turn heads, but not be quite as vibrant.
If you aren’t familiar with our love for Jeeps, we’ll have you know that one of our very own fleet vehicles is also a Jeep which we use to show all of our fellow Jeep enthusiasts how great a wrap works for them. Leslie was impressed and we got right to work on hers. In the images, you can see the original orange color of her Jeep before compared to the fresh gunmetal wrap that we completed. While the color is a lot less loud as she requested, it is still very sharp looking and makes the Jeep look more like a show vehicle.
The great thing about Jeeps is that the doors are detachable so it was very easy to take the car apart to be able to wrap all of the pieces separately without a problem. The first thing we do after the vinyl wrap is cut to fit the Jeep is fit it onto each part and stretch it to ensure it doesn’t bounce back after being applied or cause any creasing or tears in the material. After everything has been applied to each part of the vehicle, we trim off any excess so that everything looks seamless and flawless.
