\"Image<\/a>Signs PDQ, in Cleveland, Ohio combines knowledge, exceptional customer service, great service and TRUE wholesale pricing. \u00a0Many years ago, Signs PDQ was searching for a manufacturer to estimate and produce ADA \/ Braille signs. \u00a0The search was simple, but the outcome wasn’t. \u00a0The estimates from several manufacturers came in and we marked them up with the same margin used in other products. \u00a0The bids were then submitted to the General Contractors who in turn were submitting a bid to be awarded the project. \u00a0To put it simply, we weren’t winning the awards. \u00a0Formulating the estimate details was rather time consuming and because we were new to this type of signage we reached out to the GC’s to see what we may have been doing wrong. \u00a0After a bit of detective work we realized one of two things could be happening. \u00a0Either our mark up percentage was too high OR the wholesale pricing wasn’t what the manufacturers claimed it to be….wholesale. \u00a0The problem was the later.<\/p>\n

As the owners of Signs PDQ we made the decision that if we were going to put all this effort into estimating we needed to provide competitive pricing. \u00a0Soooo we took on engraving as another stream of business and purchased the New Hermes Gravograph engraver. \u00a0About 3 years after this initial engraving investment we mad the decision to expand and \u00a0purchase a laser engraver. \u00a0This machine has capabilities that our original New Hermes engraver didn’t have. \u00a0The laser engraver cuts acrylic and produces a product with a polished edge unlike the New Hermes.<\/p>\n
