Our corporate team is made up of a diverse group of individuals, bringing different skills that allow us to provide training and ongoing support in almost every facet of business. Each member is closely involved in both the Discovery Journey of a prospective owner as well as the Business Journey of our active owners.

Leadership Team
After years as a sales and marketing senior executive in the apparel industry, Roger was ready to own his own business. In 2013, Roger founded, Cowtown Graphics and Signs, in Fort Worth, TX with his wife, Andrea. Since that time, Roger has been an integral part of our leadership team guiding owners and sharing his experience.
Don and his wife Theresa and his 2 youngest sons run Pinnacle Custom Signs from Buford, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. They opened in 2011 and are now in a new space with 9,000 square feet.
Prior to Opening up Pinnacle custom signs, Don spent 25 plus years in the telecom business. First as a member of BellSouth (the precursor to AT&T), and then at a consulting company. While in the industry Don’s focus was on Customer service and operations management.
Don Considers himself more of a big picture person, setting strategy and running sales for the company. He is very focused on the performance of the business and the metrics that are used to measure success. His overriding philosophy is to manage your business from a revenue standpoint, not an expense standpoint.
Bruce Gardner is the owner of Connecting Signs in Ft. Collins, CO. He is a consistent contributor to our Owner Forum and has helped train many of the owners across the Greater Denver Market.
Todd spent most of his career in strategy development and process improvement for major corporations. After many years in the corporate world, Todd and his wife Jacquie were ready to venture off on their own and start their own business. In 2020, just as the world was shutting down from COVID, they started Carolina Signs and Wonders in Charlotte, NC. Todd, as the Chief Revenue Officer, has helped take their business to over $4 Million in revenue in just over 4 years.
Todd has been a mentor to others and has helped train owners on electronic message centers.
Eric started Impression Signs and Graphics in the Minneapolis area back in 2013 after spending most of his career in finance and accounting. Eric has used his background to help owners get a better handle on their accounting practices. He is constantly helping as a panelist in many Signworld training programs.
Brett has been an integral member of Cincinnati Custom Signs since his parents founded the company back in 2015. Growing up in the business, he’s had the opportunity to learn the in’s and out’s of the industry. Today, Brett helps many owners and their team members with their installation related questions.
Mark has been the owner of Big Mouth Signs in Lilburn, GA since 2004. Prior to owning a Signworld operations, Mark spent many years in the sports apparel industry.
Over the last 20 years, Mark has not only grown his business into a multi-million dollar operation, he has trained many Signworld Owners in different facets of the business. He is constantly recognized for his leadership and support of the organization.
Carrie, the newest owner in our Leadership Team, opened her business in 2023, as a broker-focused business. Mile High Signs is based in the Greater Denver area and serves a number of different industries.
Carrie has been a leader and mentor for our Woman’s Mastermind Group focused on helping woman grow in the industry.
Jeff Miller, married (Michele), and the father of four children, an 5 grandchildren, is the Owner of Divine Signs and Graphics, a Full Service Sign and Digital Graphics Shop. Jeff is a member of the local Rotary Club, Board of Directors for the local Business Association, Board of Directors of the Schaumburg Park Foundation, and he is actively involved in his Church and various groups and ministries. Prior to Jeff and Michele making their move into entrepreneurship, Jeff had 19 years of national and global sales and sales management experience in the wireless data and computer industries. Jeff realized significant results in his career, developing high performance sales teams, distribution channels, global/ national accounts and wireless data carrier relationships across the world.
Divine Signs and Graphics, founded in 2003, continues to grow by offering high-quality signage and graphic solutions locally in Chicagoland and across the U.S. With a focus on customer service and creative design, they provide custom signs, vehicle wraps, and more, helping businesses stand out. Their commitment to clever creativity fuels their ongoing success.
Brad is the owner of Riverbend Signworks, in Bettendorf, IA. Brad is not only recognized for his leadership within the Signworld Alliance, but he is also recognized as a leader in his community.
Over the years, Brad has shared his insights on networking and community marketing with owners across the country.
Mike, owner of Starfish Signs & Graphics, with his wife, Laura, is the anchor of our Leadership Team within Signworld. Mike is a constant contributor on the Owner’s Forum and regularly hosts webinars for the organization on business improvements and our business management software program.
Gordy Wolfe, is the owner of Majestic Sign Studio in Corona, CA along with his wife, Denise.
Gordy, has been recognized as a leader amongst his fellow owners for many years now. He is a regular contributor to our Owner’s Forum, hosts webinars on ADA signage, regularly provides council to owners across the country and is a regular stop on our tours for Discovery Days.
