Reflection Signs & Graphics, owned by Stacey Wilson in Broomfield, CO, recently started an ongoing project for 40 different Urgent Care locations. Stacey’s company focuses on project management so she does everything from the site surveys to calling in the final inspection. This includes the initial site/electrical surveys, the scaled renderings, preparing and submitting permit applications and supporting documentation, creating print and manufacturing production files, getting the letters/logo manufactured, and installation. This project came to Stacey when one of her installers got a call asking for permitting services. She holds a contractors licenses in a number of municipalities and had done the permitting for this installer on one of their sign projects. So, the installer gave them Stacey’s contact information. Each location will have between one and four sets of channel letters/logo boxes. This project will take approximately 20 to 24 months to complete and will bring in a total revenue of $400,000.
