Signs of Intelligence, owned by Jim and Stacey Feeney in Peachtree Corners, GA, recently completed their very first boat wrap. This project was for “Captain Cefus McRae” from Nuts and Bolts of Fishing, which airs regularly on the Fox Sports network. The Captain, who has known Jim and his team for quite some time, promised that when he purchased his new boat, Signs of Intelligence would be his first choice to wrap it. He wanted someone who he trusted and knew would go above and beyond for this project.
The Captain worked alongside the team at Signs of Intelligence making edits and proofs. Designing the wrap had to portray the Captain’s personality, so the “Wahoo” fish was the best choice. Signs of Intelligence used their HP 360 Printer to print the entire wrap on 3M material. In total, the project took only one and a half days to complete, with one entire day dedicated to wrapping. The wrap had such a quick turnout time because Jim’s team needed to avoid the high humidity levels with the unpredictable Georgia weather. Another challenging factor was calculating the angles of the sponsors in order to appear level when the boat sat in the water. Jim utilized an outside master wrapping team in order to ensure a perfect job.
This wrap increased the value of the boat to over $160,000.
