Transforming Versatile PVC into a Brand-Centric Sign that Exudes Elegance
We discussed the design of the sign with the client. The product had to be a representation of the firm’s online corporate persona. Simultaneously, it had to be sufficiently lightweight that we could mount it to an expensive tile wall without drilling holes and using studs.
Our technicians began the project by cutting out the individual style elements using PVC. This lightweight material is suitable for a broad range of signage applications. We matched the company’s custom color and painted part of the signage in this hue. Another part of the material we clad with brushed metal faces and painted the sides black.
For the small lettering on top of the brushed metal, we used vinyl. This durable material does not add weight to the overall sign design. Finally, our installers mounted the letter and logo combination with silicone and VHB tape.
