Last year, our team did some work for Compton College in the Athletics Department. There were the mesh fence banners for the stadium and the logoed pole banners around the venue. The Athletics Director was so happy with our work that they referred us to the Facilities Department, which needed commercial truck wraps and graphics for maintenance vehicles.
Partial Wraps for Compton College’s New F250
The Facilities Department recently added a new F250 work truck to its fleet. The school wanted the vehicle to advertise and brand. Concurrently, the vehicle was to identify the Facilities Department, which could assist students or faculty members with maintenance needs to flag down a facility specialist.
We worked with the client to design a product in keeping with Compton College’s color palette and logo presentation. The result is a chic, contemporary partial wrap that covers the back half of the vehicle. We die-cut vinyl graphics featuring the school’s logo and the “Facilities” designation for the doors.
Look closely, and you will notice that we also treated the truck’s rear window. The vinyl for this part is perforated, which allows the driver to see out. Those on the outside the school’s name, logo, artwork, and the “Facilities” designation again. The final touch for the design is a decal for the hood. Now, the F250 is a highly-effective advertising and brand-building tool.
The client loved the design, printing, finishing, and installing we did. The school will have two vans for us to wrap. Moreover, there is talk of also treating the team’s bus with a graphics product.
The Power of Mobile Marketing
Vehicle wraps transform your car, truck, or van into a mobile billboard. You decide where you take the information. Take it into your service territory, to an area where prospective customers congregate, or anywhere you drive for maximum exposure. Besides that, you have the power to focus on the brand message, generate name recognition, and produce a strong brand differentiation.
Companies with fleets of vehicles are harnessing the power of mobile marketing and increasing their visibility by having multiple treated cars, trucks, or vans in operation. There are several ways to increase the visibility of your operation with fleet wraps.
-
Identical vehicles. If you have a fleet made up of the same vehicle type, it is quick to repeat the graphics treatment on each car. Our technicians can work with you on the best way to handle the graphics installation.
-
Different makes and models. In many cases, a fleet of vehicles may feature different makes or models. The results are slight changes in the sizing needs for each graphics product. We can ensure that each wrap fits perfectly for its intended truck.
-
Varying conveyances. Another option is the availability of different types of cars, trucks, or vans. You might have a delivery van, a golf cart to navigate a larger campus, a couple of trucks to haul maintenance tools, and several sedans for representatives to visit customers. In this situation, we work with you on the design of a basic graphics product that we then adjust for each vehicle style.
