If the address at 124 West Wilshire sounds familiar, you are indeed a loyal reader of our blogs! This address used to be the Fullerton location of the RE/MAX Cornerstone office. Over the years, Superior Signs and Graphics had done a lot of work for this client. Now, the company rebranded and needed a new building sign in Orange County, CA.
Taking Your Business to New Heights is Easy with a One-Stop Sign Shop
The realty firm left RE/MAX in favor of EXP Realty. This required a rebranding of the building to alert prospective and current customers to the change. Because the client liked the sign we constructed for them previously, they requested another one using the same materials.
Once again, we began the project with an eighth-of-an-inch-thick piece of painted aluminum. You may remember that the city as well as the building management company had specific requirements for the overall signage design and installation. Next, our technicians applied one-inch-thick PVC letters that we had painted black.
When it came time for the installation, we coordinated with the client to find a time and day that the office would not be too busy. We then went to the location with our bucket truck and anchored the panel to the wall. Brushed aluminum caps once again cover the bolts. The finished sign is an excellent encapsulation of the new brand message and perfectly fits the building’s overall curb appeal.
Working with a One-Stop Sign Shop Matters. Why?
Because we had previously worked with this client, we were familiar with the management company’s limitation on building signage as well as the city’s concerns. Moreover, we had the specs on file, which ensured that we could replicate the original sign’s presentation, which had appealed to the client.
However, there are additional reasons why it makes sense to work with a one-stop sign shop for all your signage needs.
- Permitting process. A one-stop sign shop will prepare and submit the paperwork you need to receive a permit for the signage installation. If you order signage from an online discounter, you have to do that by yourself.
- Custom development. Signage works well when it is fully customized for your brand, location, and building setup. Our shop’s in-house graphic artist routinely works with clients on developing signs that encapsulate their brand messages. We offer consultations that let us introduce you to different materials, the possibility of layering, and how illumination could make a difference at your location.
- Responsiveness. Because we do not subcontract out our installations, you always know whom you are dealing with. Moreover, we work around your schedule – not the other way around.
